At Natare, we want the best for both our coaches and clients. We pay our coaches a competitive salary starting from $45/h as we expect them to give our clients the best possible service and training.

Free Training
It may be daunting to conduct classes as a new coach as you have yet to gain the experience. Fret not, as Natare will provide you with both theory and practical training sessions to help you kickstart your coaching journey!
Zero Cost
There are no hidden costs or fees for joining us and we will tell you if there are any! We will also provide you with your first set of equipment, free of charge, to help kickstart your coaching career.

Natare Swim School
Here at Natare, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. We believe that it is easy to learn to swim, and we have developed a structured lesson plan to help our students learn effectively. Our team of qualified coaches will provide you with the resources and training so that you can become a strong and safe swimmer!
We also strongly believe in investing in our coaches, who are the backbone of our school. Natare's coaches are eligible for upskilling and training on a yearly basis. And if you are ever in doubt, our experienced head coaches will be there for you to assist you with any issues you may have. We know that with the right mentor and training, our coaches will be able to deliver safe and entertaining classes.
Requirements

Verified Swimming Certificate
Swimming certificate licensed under NROC, STA, AUSTSWIM, ASCA, ASCTA, SSI, or other authorized org are preferred.
In the event that you do not have a verified swimming certificate, you can contact us and we will guide you on the necessary steps to attain one.

CPR and AED certified
In line with the requirements from Singapore Sports Coaches, the standard first aid course (inclusive of CPR + AED) will provide you with the knowledge and skills to perform first aid to your clients in the event of an occurrence of a mishap.
In the event that you do not have a standard first aid certificate, you can contact us and we will guide you on the necessary steps to attain one.

Pass our in-house test
Before attaining the required certifications, you will go through a series of training sessions to gauge your swimming proficiency and suitability of becoming a swim coach.
