Dear clients, we do need to inform you that the income for our coaches is based on the lessons that they have taught. Therefore, we seek your understanding to ensure that lessons are carried out without cancellation unless necessary. Thank you for abiding by the lesson package.

Wet Weather Plan

In the event of light rain (drizzling), the lessons will continue as per normal.

In the event of heavy rain and / or lightning risk alert, you can utilize the bad weather cancellation to postpone the lesson to the following week. Do take note that bad weather cancellations can be used up to 1h prior to the allocated lesson timing.

In the scenario where there is sudden rain during or just before the allocated lesson timing, we will be flexible and leave this to you and the coach to devise a plan on how the lesson can be shifted / postponed.

Management / Condo Rules and Regulations

As much as we want to teach on a regular basis, some locations have management rules such as “No coaching on Sun & Public Holidays (PHs)”. Do liaise with your client on the lesson timing to ensure there are no clashes with the management rules.

Sick or unable to attend the lessons

In the event where the swimmer is not feeling unwell / unable to attend the lessons due to medical reasons, you may utilize the medical certificate cancellation. We seek your understanding to provide us with a medical certificate issued by a registered general practitioner at least 3 hours before the lesson if possible.

Holiday Plan

In the event a lesson falls on a PH, if you have made plans for that day, you may take the day off to enjoy it with your family and friends. Do ensure that you have rescheduled the affected lesson and check with your clients on their availability. If you do wish to continue coaching on a PH, do check whether the client is alright with it and make sure the condo management allows coaching on PHs.

Holiday Plan

In the event that the client desires to take a vacation that affects lessons, it is the duty of the client to ensure they inform the coach at least 2 weeks in advance. They will have to liaise with the coach to reschedule all affected lessons! Any lessons that are unable to be rescheduled will be forfeited.

Unrestricted cancellation - 1x use per package

We understand that at times, you are not able to attend the lessons due to certain reasons, you are able to utilise the 1x unrestricted cancellation without the need to provide us with any reasons. We seek your understanding to inform us at least 6 hours before the allocated lesson timing so that our coaches can plan their schedules accordingly.

Ways to reschedule affected lessons

1. Spread the affected lessons amongst the other lessons (45 mins class split and conduct 3x 1h lessons).

2. Conduct the affected lesson 1 week before or 1 week after. Meaning that 1 of the weeks will need to have 2 lessons for that specific client.
